The barriers men face when wanting to work in EY?
Parents attitiude to men working with young children?
The attitude of other (mostly female) staff?
What support/networking opportunities are there for men in EY?
You could look at a specific field, for example childminders or Children's Centres and concentrate your study there?
Hope this helps. I would suggest you narrow your focus or it could become a bit unwieldy. Best of luck!

The benefits of having a male practitioner in a setting.
Do boys respond more positively to men than girls?
Let us know what you decide to do! Best of luck.

Is this a UK specific problem?-compare with the rest of the world, Demnark has a early years workforce of 20% males, compared with 1 or 2% elsewhere- analyse why?
Is it pay, status, culture, stereotyping by schools , aversion to male carers?

Hi, I did a similar essay last year.
Not sure where you're based but I found MiPEC based in Surrey useful, if you google it should come up for you. You could contact them.
Good luck!
