Hi,

Am I correct in thinking that if you are registered for 50 children of which no more than 21 can be under 2's. Could you have eg 35 over 2's & 15 under 2's? As long as I not exceeding 21 under 2's, I can make the numbers work depending on what age group I have more of at that time but not exceeding the 50 children the provision is registered for is a whole?

In short yes !!

As long as you do not exceed the 21 under 2's the rest of the age group can be made up of any combination !!

And yes you could have 50 over 2's if that is what was needed.
