You could always sign up with an educational recruitment agency and work the days you are free as supply in nurserys, some of my friends have done this you will not be left alone with the children but will get to work in a EYFS setting in the UK and employers will be able to reference the company and you will be paid.
Be aware you will need to get a new CRB and it will prob be min wage as your q will only count when you have the cert in your hand.
