So, Ex OfSted staff (ATMs) are going to inspect early years settings? Well congratulations OfSted another smart move! We all know each inspection you get, different feedback comes forward, and now they want 45% of these inspections to be done by someone else completely different! Job cuts too, well we can all see the Social Service scenario repeating itself with work loads and cases..... this is going to be an interesting transition! I can't wait to see what happens next!

I know in the South region we will have a company called The Tribal Group, they are huge and have been involved in liaising with the government in relation to our schools etc., so they have a little insider knowledge thankfully in relation to childcare etc.,

Its a shame that inspections cant go back to local Early years teams -
