EYP Rate of Pay

Hi  Can anyone advise me on what rate of pay I should pay my member of staff who has taken on the role of trainee Supervisor of our Pre-School having held NVQ Level 3 for six years, now a Level 6 through BA Honours and due to become EYP by December this year.  We are a Pre-School in the South West.

There is no scale, so it's what ever you feel comfortable paying her and what she feels comfortable working for. If she is a trainee supervisor I would maybe agree a lower start for training followed by the full wage for completion.
