Hi, my name is Alfie i have been working in the childcare field for about 6 years. i have recently finished my montessori training. 

I have been thinking of opening my own setting for about 3 years with my sister whom is also in the childcare field. I have many ideas but really need some help in where to start. I here many people say start in finding the right location, but my question is how can you start with a location if you do not have the funding yet?? I would also like some help in the ways to get the outline for opening the nursery and any other information that would help.

Do you know which Local Authority area(s) you will be looking in?  You will need to contact them for support and to check there is a local market for the services you are offering.
