Ive got work through angencies but have never employed from an agency. When i got work through an agency i found that both of the companies were just run from peoples back bedrooms, and chasing my cheques due to me an absolute nightmare as they were having to wait for a nursery to cough up, then doodling fewdays themselves.

Then when running a nursery, you'd find o.k agency staff but be paying through the nose to take them on. When really there are other forms of recruitment that you could use to reach the same desired effect of employing staff.
