A productive way to spend maternity leave...

I have read back through a number of posts and wonder whether any of the members who have used maternity leave as a catalyst to set up or buy a nursery would mind offering me some advice. If there is anybody out there please reply and I'll let you have my email address as my questions are quite specific and I don't want to fill this forum with another "starting a nursery" post!
Thank you.

Re-reading my post perhaps I should have worded that "long term financially productive" as believe me I do appriciate that spending time with my new arrival is the most important thing..!

Me! I fell pregnant at 21. Partner left me and I decided to have baby alone. Everyone told me I was mad to have a baby so young and by my self but I remember thinking stuff the lot of you. I was told I would Amount to nothing- another young mum destined to end up on benefits for the rest of my life. When my baby was three months old I started looking into opening. Nursery and I now own an incredibly successful multi site chain.
