I think it depends who you do it with. I did all 6 areas of learning as the foundation stage at the start of my FD but we've had the EYFS introduced since then and my course is no longer avilable.
Can't you do an EYFS course seperately?

I am in my second year of a foundation degree in Professional Practice in the Early Years and it all relates to current practice, so yes it does cover the EYFS quite a lot.

Hi Purepurple,
I have an interview tom for the Foundation Degree course, do you know if you have to pay for it?
Thanks
Rebecca

of course you do! unless you can get help with funding from your employer or council, its a degree we all have to pay nowadays.

Hi Purple,
Are you doing the E115 with the OU by any chance?...I am currently wading through it now alongside the ED 209.

hi Nikki,
No, I am doing the foundation degree at my local college. It will take my 3 years as i am doing it part time, one evening a week after work, as well as working full time.
Good luck with your course
