Hi
I am returning back to work, and after over 4years of working at the small setting, i am told i will get 20% discount on childcare fees.
I am very disheartened, and wondered if anyone can help. What discount do you get as staff?

20% sounds fine thats what I give my staff.
Remember it is a business and those fees pay your wage.
If discount was higher your wage might not be as high.

Some settings in our area give no discount and others do not allow staff children as a matter of policy. Our setting is 20% discount.

Yes we give staff discount of 20% too; as Louise has said, some nurseries don't offer discount
