Hello again.

That is such a shame and the scary thing is he will get to a point where he will just give up asking because he will realize that it doesn't get him any where.

I work within a health visiting team myself as a community nursery nurse, I'm not in the office until wednesday afternoon as I am on training but I will ask someone for advice on what you could do or someone that you could get in touch with. This little boy's mum really does need the help for her sake and your nephew's. well done you for not giving up, but I know when there is children involved it is very hard to do that especially when it is your own family.
