Thank you Here goes

Give information that shows you recognise what children of 6 months, 12 months, 2 yrs and 3yrs are able to do, how they develop skills and learn, what their needs are. This may include suggesting ways the environment can meet the particular needs for these agaes, e.g meaningful relationships with adults, how to meet individual needs, space to explore, adult supervision, hygiene and safety etc

Has your assessor not provided you with a reading list?

This Unit is about developing working relationships with colleagues within your own organisation and within other organisations that are productive in terms of supporting and delivering your work and that of the overall organisation.

The Unit is recommended for people such as supervisors of nursery settings of those contributing to managing settings or services for children and families where the primary focus is children’s care, learning and development.  So I am presuming this is you?  Has your assessor not sat down and gone through how she will gather evidence with you?  Some can be Witness Statements in relation to how you communicate and manage conflict, how you support and involve others and how you lead by example (Which may also be observed).  Their are also lots of books out their which will help and support you in developing productive working relationships with colleagues. - Just google the title of the unit!!

Oh and your Nursery Manager should also have a management book around that should be able to give you some good guidelines and strategies.

The Team Around the Child: Multi-agency Working in the Early Years by Siraj-Blatchford is a good book.

Have a look on Amazon, lots of good books there.

Sorry about the big font, copied and pasted!
