hey guys!

i have recently finished my NVQ Level 3 in childcare and have a few other qualifications in first aid, initial SENCO training etc. I have been at my current work place for 3 years now and feel that it is soon time for a change. I was just wondering for some advice from people about what i could possibly do next as i am struggling. I am very interested in getting involved in the SENCO side of childcare and working with children with special needs.

Any advicie would be fantastic, especially from anyone who is or has worked with special needs children.
