Outdoor Work

I'm trying to find a job as some kind of outdoor specialist. A kind of room senior for the garden. Everybody says they're very keen on using their outdoor spaces but nobody seems to know how to do it. I'm an outdoor kind of person and an NNEB so I'm well up for it.
Are there places out there and how do I find them?
(I had a look at the website of a nursery from a major chain. They said their garden had a secure fence. That was ALL they said about their garden. Imagine if a nursery summed up their pre-school room by just saying it had chairs!)
