RE: Whmon.....for you - 08-01-13 14:57
how nice is the inspector? can your daughter ask?
RE: Whmon.....for you - 08-01-13 17:44
Thanks Tish. If Ofsted were at least consistent and all said the same thing it would make our lives much easier.
RE: Whmon.....for you - 08-01-13 18:10
Yes our Inspector was easy to talk to, agreeable, understanding of difficult day with few new starts all settling in...so cannot complain this time around..thank goodness...good luck to all of you waiting...I know the feeling....xx

Hi Whmon...we were inspected by Prospects Inspection Service..rthe other one is Tribal i think.Feedback form no. is EYL700210510.. 3pages....have hard copy here for you if you want it....had a better day ?
RE: Whmon.....for you - 09-01-13 19:09
I have no idea who we were inspected by as she didn't say and obviously we have nothing in writing. Thanks for the offer of the hard copy it is really kind of you but I think I'll just wait and see if anything comes in the post first as I don't want to put you to any bother. What I might do though is bring it up during our appeal!
RE: Whmon.....for you - 09-01-13 19:27
Not an inspector then because ours made a point at the start feedback meeting of explaining who she worked for since Ofsted farmed it out...and she explained why too....did you have her name at least..?The appeal is usually in writing
1) arrangemnets explained ?
2) Inspectors conduct of high standard ? (as if !!)
3)clear formal feedback at end of Inspection?
4)I am satisfied that the views of the children were accurately explored by inspectors
5)I am satisfied that the views of the parents were accurately explores by inspectors
6)The Inpsector challenged constructively the judgements and evidence in my self evaluation
7)Inspection judgements were fair and accurate (!!!!!!)
8)The oral feedback and the final report were consistent
9)The findings in the written report were clearly stated
10)The inspector identified clear actions or recommendations for improvement
11)The outcome of the Inspection process will help improve my early years provision
12)The benefits of the inspection outweigh the negative aspects.
13)Overall i am satisfied with the way the inspection was carried out.
14)Which aspects of your provision,if any,are likely to be improved as a result of this inspection? Please give up to three examples :
No bother Whmon-,been there -suffered at the hands of an unfair inspector know exactly how you feel and will help anyway i can....but u should know her name from vixsitors book ?? and her office...??
RE: Whmon.....for you - 09-01-13 22:15
Oh thank you Tish!!!!!!
Her name is in the visitors book and she may well have explained which body she worked for to the manager - before I got there, I don't know. I think the feedback form MIGHT be posted on judging by questions 8 and 9 above. I'm curious now whether or not I will be sent one.
Tish, thank you so much for taking the time to type all that out, I think you have a beautiful soul xxx
PS, Question 2 is quite funny actually seeing as a member of staff went into the staff toilets and caught her sitting there with the door open!!!!!!
