What is the average occupancy rate that settings work at? We all strive to be 100% occupied but in reality this rarely happens. Would be interested to know what everyone works at.

Two of my settings are 95-100% with long waiting lists, one is 75%, one is 70%

Depends on the time of year. Setember 60 % July practically 100%

We work out break even point then add 10% so it averages as 90%
