Community Nursery Nurse Interview

Hello,
I have an interview for the above role tomorrow afternoon, so far I have swotted up on; safeguarding children, Every Child Matters, Common Assesment Framwwork, Team around the Child teams, some legislation & its impact on practise and behaviour managment strategies.
Am majorly nervous....what else do you think I might come up against? I'm not very hot on infant nutrition and breastfeeding intend to mention that when I get the inevitable, 'What are your weaknesses?' question.
Any advice hugely appreciated.

I would also try and talk about child development and specifically speech and language. The CNN that i work with does the following things in her role; 2 year development checks, runs post natal groups, weaning groups, breastfeeding support, talks to parents at clinic, home visits for families needing support- usually around behaviour, sleeping, potty training issues. She will also refer children to relevant services when necessary, such as SLT and outreach in children's centre.
Hope this helps. Good luck!
