I am doing a reseach project into the benefits of males working in early years. I am currently studying to work in the sector. Please put your thoughts below. If you know of any research that has been done on the topic it would be much appreciated if you could share it with me.

look at the men in childcare site and the fatherhood institute , both leaders in the field and have done very recent research
