Uni Certificate In Early Years Practice

Hi,
Has anyone else done their 'Certificate In Early Years' through OU? With qualifications changing does anyone know if this is still the equivilant to a Level 4?

Hi, i am currently in my 3rd year of my BA Hons early years degree, and am in need of some early years practitoners to help me with my dissertation.
