2 year old progress checks
2 year old progress checks

I've developed the form for the progress check, although I'm unsure when this needs to be carried. Do we decide each individual child with their parents and do it when they choose or do we encourage them all to have the checks when they are roughly 2yrs 6mnths for example. Also, if we are doing this for the sake of the health visitors when is the usual age they assess them?? I'm confused! If anyone could clear this up for me I'd really appreciate it! Thanks in advance.

Hi Emma, there is previous thread on the 2 year progess check. Useful information and links.
If you click on the General Forum, I think it is on page two - last post was on the 31/08/2012. Titled: 2-3 progress checks.
Hope this helps
Laura.

Yes sorry I found that earlier after posting this. I thought there had been one but couldn't find it originally! Can I just ask though, there have been a lot of children that turned 3 this month, do we still need to do the progress check on those children?
