Hi All,
I have been offered a job in a Montessori school, my salary would be 15,500 and i have been offered further training also...i was just wondering is this the going rate for someone who is just starting out in this career...???

No it wasnt Kirsty, I ended up turning it down anyway...not the nicest of settings atall.....i knew it sounded too good to be true :(
