Ofsted came last week and we now today heve been informed officially of our 'Good ' result, very pleased but also very glad had a sensible inspector for the day only 6 hrs altogether.Spoke mainly to children, parents and looked at minimal paperwork...which i think is the current thinking.Good luck to all settings awaiting their inspection....i shall be thinking of you all

Quality Control ??? sounds promising she definiely needs to be controlled....sititng here in kent No snow ...but a beautiful new granddaughter to love....but trouble brewing at nursery in my absence...staff member on maternity leave said I am not coming back, spending time with the baby,,,,until yest....wants to work only 4-6pm m-f....because her mum can look after the baby after she finishes work....BUT we only have children to 6pm on mwf.....any ideas why someone would want to work only 10 hrs a week....driving for 10 mins to get to work....benefits ???
