May I suggest that you ask admin to 'team you up' with another forum member. I, and another member have done this and I think I can speak for both of us saying that it is all positive.
We are not in local competion so can give each other advice, bounce and give ideas, and genuine feedback. If I have thought of something positive I can pass it on knowing that she is not in competition with me and that she does exactly the same thing. My forum mentor has given me great advice, great ideas and a shoulder to cry on in the past (she knows who she is!)
Why not make a post asking for a co-mentor, it's a win-win situation.
