newl level 5 diploma in health and social care and young childrens services

Hi All,
I'm considering doing this course with The childcare company. I already hold a degree in early years (BA HONS) but I like the idea of having a vocational course which gives me some more knownledge in management and leadership (i am a deputy head in a private nursey but room based). Are there any managers or experienced practiioners who can give advise if this diploma is a good step career wise. I am hoping to kve into management within the next two years.
