Could someone give me any tips, l have an interview soon and as part of this l will need to pick an activity and work with a smalll group of children the activity must be on language and communication. Would anyone have any tips on questions l may be asked at the interview.

How about using a story sack? As for the questions, it depends what the job is? I imagine you'll be asked questions relating to child development and how you use your knowledge of this in practice

I would do something like 'Identify this sound' using various instruments/items or use a feely box, to encourage the children to describe what they are hearing/feeling. This can go anywhere, a child may say about the loud or quiet sound, or talk about an experience they've had. The children would enjoy this I should imagine, and you can go whereever they take you
