Numeracy

I am looking to introduce numeracy into playrooms in my setting. The rooms are split into a:
0-18 month room
18 month to 2 and a half year room
2 and a half to 5 year room
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas about where would be the best place to start with this task? Websites, books etc. I am looking to start this week with this, bringing it into all areas of the rooms :-)
Any advice or help would be great
