Any HR professionals reading? If you are, would you be intersted in starting a group to exchange idea, share best practice, have support? I haven't thought how we could do this as I am new to this forum - just reply, let me know and we can work on it.

Kate, there is a generic group for early years trainers and consultants, recently started. We have had a couple of meetings to date and have a mixture of members to date, from early years, business and first aid. The group on LinkedIN is called NEYTCO, please feel free to join and email:
