Hi, I am looking to possibly purchase a nursery business which is already up & running at the moment. Any suggestions on what questions I should ask at the viewing, I obviously need as much info as possible, but I've ran out of questions to ask.

You want to know the children's no's over the last five years to look at trends and you will want explanations over dips in income and increases in expenditure. You need to consider the area you are purchasing in and your rivals or potential rivals if it is an expanding developmental area. Dont do it unless you are in a positive financial position as i can promise you it will cost double what you expected in improvements in premesis staff and equipment.
