Sorry, had to re-start this one as I could not see other replies after Ms Carmichel.
Why did the NCMA decline attending the DfE yesterday for interested parties? I thought the NCMA has a huge invested interest in this one and could have been an open voice and a listening ear to what others were saying and proposing.
