nursery manager pay

Have been asked to find out what the going rate is for a manager of a 24 place nursery is (We have 54 on roll at the moment but 24 2-4year olds at any one time time) . I have 4 staff and of course students,etc. I also run the breakast and after school club too but only 4-10 children at the moment attend as most parents don't need the service. We run term time only. We are run by a voluntary management committee in the lancashire area which I assume will make a difference.
Any information willbe greatly appreciated.
