Hi. I am looking at buying an existing pre-school, can anyone advise how best to transfer ownership and have continuing Ofsted registration. I know I cannot trade without Ofsted but want the nursery to continue running with change of ownership. I am qualified and manage a nursery at present but never got involved with this type of paperwork

I am currently selling my business, the purchaser has already filed her forms to request continuity of the business and she will be inspected when she officially takes over but the business will continue to trade.
