I used to work in NHS as Dental Nurse, and my medical involved seeing an occupational nurse first.I had to fill out forms and she did some blood tests.I then had to see the occ health DR as there was a problem with a test result.Think if the nurse is happy then she can sign you as fit to work.Really wouldn't worry about it.Hope this helps?.
