when working in a nursery you quickly realise that it is the staff who really run the place, the managment just sit behind the desk looking pretty for visitors and parents and barking demands at staff.

hahaha what planet are you on?

This shows a level of imaturity on your part.

Managers work very hard have a very difficult job with huge responsibility to children staff parents and ofsted.

You have no idea how to run a nursery just because you had a bad experience with 1 rubbish nursery do not tar all nursery managers with the same brush.
