I pretty much agree with everyone on the pro's and the con's. I think the only thing that I would add is one of the benefits I find from working in a private day nursery (for me) is that the parents feel they are able to trust me with their child in general. They trust me to make sure they are happy, fed, comfortable and safe. Nothing could be anymore satisfying than that! We even get asked to babysit which says alot too x
