Early Years Foundation Stage Profile (EYFSP)

Hi all,
What are your thoughts on the EYFSP? Have you had any problems with it? Is it fair that we have these expectations of children? In your experience have any children you have worked with got points four without points one to three? What are your thoughts generally? A good assessment document?
I'm interested in your experiences with it and views on it.
