Hi
On the NHS jobsite you can set for email alerts so that when there are jobs on site matching what you are searching for it will send you an email telling you so. This means that you don't have to worry about checking every day, but I still used to look every Friday though.
Just type in nursery nurse as it might come up with something other then in the community that you may find just as interesting. My first job off of the site was nursery nurse on a ward in a children's hospital which I loved but have now been offered a cnn job.
